The Sota Weight Loss Program has been a complete game changer for me on a personal level. The gain in our nutritional knowledge will benefit my wife & I for the rest of our lives. Sota simply works for most every person willing to stay on the program. Sota is not a diet plan for me…it is a totally new eating lifestyle.

From my initial phone conversation to the visit with the SOTA professionals, there was a warmth and eagerness to make me feel comfortable. I felt I had known these ladies for years and am confident they would provide me all the necessary support in reaching my goals. They were so incredibly helpful and answered all my questions. I felt very much at home and look forward to my next visit.
