This program is amazing. My husband started 12 weeks ago and reached his goal and I’m on it too. Our main goal was our health, Diabetic , kidney and blood pressure control. He is no longer on any medication for them and I reduced my medication in 1/3 in one week. I am a nurse and researched about this program for months. The only weight loss program I’ve ever done. Very precise. Very nutritious. It’s really a diet you could stay on forever with a few additions.
