I chose a plan that didn't fit my diet/life style. Nothing wrong with the guidance, just didn't fit my life style. My start in the program was complicated by a 2 week surgical delay in beginning the weight loss journey. The Dallas team followed up post op and came up with a shopping plan that I can use. Good job.

Didn’t help me. Didn’t “change my mindset”. As usual with snake oil salesmen they blamed me for the their program not working. After the ridiculous amount of money spent on this crap I was given an ultimatum that if I didn’t lose weight within they’re little time frame I wasn’t going to be welcome to come for my maintenance bs. I quit. Don’t need to be treated way after this crap cost thousands of dollars.

I am happy with my weight loss so far. Not crazy about the food plan--very restrictive. Especially don't like elimination of fruit. Very expensive for the program. I have lost about 12 lbs in 5 weeks.

Haven’t heard from anybody since you took my money. Where is my nutritionist calls? When am I supposed to start? You just ship me a box of shakes for $5000 and say best of luck?

The cost is too much I was going to have to pay almost 150 dollars per pound to lose.

Initially, when selling the product, the attention to detail by the SOTA team is great, but, as soon as payment is made, you get punted around from person to person. This is less than ideal because there is no continuity and some SOTA team members are clearly lacking. Also, once you transfer to maintenance program, SOTA's sole purpose is to make it clear that, if you gain weight, you have to pay again. I am glad to have used Sota to jump-start my weight loss. I have been using it for 8 weeks and have decided to do things on my own. The food, especially for a vegetarian diet, was not appealing to me. Most Sota food items tasted very processed, some with weird chemical flavors. I really didn't like that the foods-most of them-had no labels. I would have preferred to know what I was eating and the nutritional facts of the food. Did great, but waiting on additional food choices. I did not decide to continue to meet my complete goal but got 75% which was all I wanted to do because cost is too expensive to go another round. I do know how to get weight off. Not impressed with SOTA products, not enough choices that taste good.
