Had to change the foods and timing of meals. Slowly lost 1-1 1/2 pounds/ week. So lowered my expectations. Nice SOTA advisor.
What a scam targeting guys on sports radio!! $3300 for a no carb diet with no food and once a week coaching??!!! Shocking how many people they get to sign up!
Very expensive meal plan. Not much help on the psychological/emotional attachment to sugar, carbs and other unhealthy foods. An attachment that has often been there a lifetime.
I chose a plan that didn't fit my diet/life style. Nothing wrong with the guidance, just didn't fit my life style. My start in the program was complicated by a 2 week surgical delay in beginning the weight loss journey. The Dallas team followed up post op and came up with a shopping plan that I can use. Good job.

Didn’t help me. Didn’t “change my mindset”. As usual with snake oil salesmen they blamed me for the their program not working. After the ridiculous amount of money spent on this crap I was given an ultimatum that if I didn’t lose weight within they’re little time frame I wasn’t going to be welcome to come for my maintenance bs. I quit. Don’t need to be treated way after this crap cost thousands of dollars.
I am happy with my weight loss so far. Not crazy about the food plan--very restrictive. Especially don't like elimination of fruit. Very expensive for the program. I have lost about 12 lbs in 5 weeks.
Haven’t heard from anybody since you took my money. Where is my nutritionist calls? When am I supposed to start? You just ship me a box of shakes for $5000 and say best of luck?
The cost is too much I was going to have to pay almost 150 dollars per pound to lose.
