All was good until the end. Once I ran out of money to pay anymore, It was like I had developed a bad disease. I paid $1950.00 for 5 weeks. That is $390 per week. At the end of the 5 weeks I was going to be on weekly at $325 per week but due to unforeseen circumstances, I just don't have the funds to go on. I found it odd it was $390 a week and then $325 a week. $1950 would work out to 6 weeks a t $325 per week. I really don’t have an experience. You have a Mac of a 10 minute phone call once a week. The only thing you wanted to talk about was how much food I needed shipped

The weight comes off if you have their food. Customer service is a nightmare. They've missed 3 food shipments. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was shuffled to another nutritionist. When I asked what happened to the food I payed for that was missing for 3 weeks, I was told I don't pay for the food--i pay for the accountability. After they missed my third order, they said I must be over eating the product. I wasn't. They forgot to do my order. Getting gaslighted is more than offensive after their mistake. If ... read more
