I really don’t have an experience. You have a Mac of a 10 minute phone call once a week. The only thing you wanted to talk about was how much food I needed shipped
Food delayed 2 days
The weight comes off if you have their food. Customer service is a nightmare. They've missed 3 food shipments. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was shuffled to another nutritionist. When I asked what happened to the food I payed for that was missing for 3 weeks, I was told I don't pay for the food--i pay for the accountability. Waiting for food to arrive is the worst. Twice now I've had to wait days for my new arrival of meals. I even offered to pay the overnight shipping to get it here so I could eat. They assured me it would be there. It wasn't. The diet works when you follow the plan, but it's hard to follow it when you don't have the food to eat.
SOTA staff is upbeat, always positive, always honest, and they honestly want their clients to succeed in their life transformations. In other words, the SOTA staff really do care about us and are the biggest cheerleaders for our success!
You cannot dumb-down a weight-loss program anymore than SOTA can. Teresa rocks!
Wast of $25.00. Learned nothing significant about weight loss. Total hustle for peoples money in this horrible economy.
I’ve experienced a lot of success on the program, although I am trying to work through a plateau at the moment. It’s not an easy program… the protein products are easy to get burned out on… same with the allowed vegetable options. But I’m pleased with my progress and look forward to meeting my goals!!!
