SOTA is, hands down, the best weight loss service out there. They not only help you through your weight loss journey, they also support once you reach maintenance. Every counselor is encouraging and always reminds you they are there when you need them.

SOTA works where all’s of diets,weight loss programs failed. I’m 4 months in and 48 lbs. down. The support, food and overall program is terrific. If you are truly ready to finally lose weight, SOTA and hard work is the answer.

In the last 6 months I’ve let go of 58 pounds for the rest of my life, simply because I wanted to. I’ve still got more to lose to achieve my goal, but with this program I know I will get there. The food is great, it’s easy to follow and my coaches are amazing! I cannot recommend SOTA enough.
