The staff is so friendly and encouraging, yet not afraid to hold you accountable as well. I’ve seen all my numbers head amazingly in the right direction since using this program help me meet my way loss goals. SOTA is easily the best program of its kind!

Love the program. I was always full after every meal. The program taught me the proper foods to eat, and I still got to eat pizza in moderation. Lost 40 pounds in 10 weeks, and have maintained my weight on the maintenance program.
My initial conversation with Teresa, RN and Nutritionist was very thorough, reassuring and compelling. She will be a tremendous champion as I begin this life altering journey.
