Down over 12 # so far. 4 weeks in. Everyone is super supportive and helpful. I like the food and the plan is very easy. Pretty costly but that makes you really all that more committed
Every tjing is going alright, I do my weigh in every wedensday and get a call every week and the ladies work with my schedule which is not the same each week.
Even though I didn’t sign up for Sota I was very impressed with the program I plan to sign up when I have the money

The introduction meeting to sota was with Teresa . She was very explanatory of the program, which was very exciting, detailed and was going to pro-form what I wanted and needed for my life.
