5 1/2 weeks in and I'm down over 25 pounds. So far, so good!

Down over 12 # so far. 4 weeks in. Everyone is super supportive and helpful. I like the food and the plan is very easy. Pretty costly but that makes you really all that more committed
Every tjing is going alright, I do my weigh in every wedensday and get a call every week and the ladies work with my schedule which is not the same each week.
Even though I didn’t sign up for Sota I was very impressed with the program I plan to sign up when I have the money
Past customer from several years back and unfortunately COVID-19 helped me put on a few lbs...knew I could turn to SOTA for results. Have just been back on a few days and was extremely easy to get back into the swing with the products. Thank you SOTA!
