SOTA has been life changing for me. I have spent the last 10 years trying to lose weight on my own and failed every time. With SOTA I am now within 20 pounds of my goal weight. The SOTA staff is awesome, always encouraging and very knowledgeable. I am looking forward to hitting my goal weight in the next month or so and then entering the maintenance program.
