4 years in Maintenance with SOTA and maintaining weight lost on the SOTA Plan. The plan changes your eating habits and it works. The staff at Plano are great. I check in monthly and the staff is excellent in discussing my check in stats. They stay with you as long as you want to keep coming and don’t forget you😎
SOTA was a Life changer for me. I weighed almost 200 lbs when I started 12/21/2019. By March 20 I had hit my Goal of losing 40 lbs. My Ideal was to be 150lbs. I’ve been on the Maintenance every month since and my last weigh in 11/19/2021 I was down to 146.6. If I hadn’t of stayed on the Maintenance I would have probably gained the weight back. I Love and recommend SOTA all the time. Thanks to the Plano Team!!
The Plano location is amazing. Each and every person is so supportive and encouraging. I’ve lost 77lbs so far and some of that is from the support of this team. I highly recommend SOTA.
