The SOTA concepts work! However, the Staff are what motivate us to "Stay the Course" I want to cheer for: Theresa in Plano who got me started and inspired me! Miraf is so encouraging and supportive. The program was successful for both myself and my husband. I feel terrific and am down 20 pounds! My husband has lost almost 40 pounds in a little over 3 months. I know that everyone always says "I tried everything", but I did try a few different ways to lose weight and this was easy and it really worked. I was not hungry, my energy levels are up and I am very glad we joined the SOTA family.
Great. Easiest weight loss program that I have been on.
I KNOW I need a program - but wanted some flexibility to prepare and eat dinner with my husband but prefer all other meals to be simple to follow for ultimate loss. SOTA fits this perfectly. Sp far I have tried several recipes for my dinner meal (6 recipes/3 meals) - they are great. The provided food and snacks for breakfast/lunch are better than I expected. And I LOVE my nutritionist. I am excited that this will work for me and something that easily fits into my life.
