I am delighted that I chose the Sota program to regain my normal weight. The team working in the Plano office is fantastic! My time in the initiation of the whole process was tremendously pleasant due to the treatment received. Very good team! Me, disciplining myself to the maximum to achieve my goal. Let's go, it's possible!
The program works. Just eat what they say/when they say and you will see results.
It was a great experience. Diet is a 4 letter word but the SOTA staff was so nice and upbeat. I look forward to seeing what this does for me. Teresa assisted me.
Just started SOTA on Thursday and lost 3 pounds in 2 days. I should reach my goal if I continue this progress.
Very positive experience
I’m only six weeks into my weight loss journey, but SOTA is absolutely working as described. If you follow the program, you lose the weight. The staff at the Plano location are amazing! Super encouraging and just as excited when the scale shows a loss. After a stall in my progress, my plan got tweaked and my results continue. The plans are truly individualized and based on science. As a woman of a certain age, in addition to losing the weight, I’m no longer having hot flashes! I can’t recommend SOTA enough.
SOTA exceeded my expectations. From the first counselor I spoke with (Jake), who raised my expectations for the program & myself to the counselors I spoke with each week - Terese, Jerusalem & Salome, they all contributed to my sucess & I am forever grateful. I will sing SOTA’s praises to everyone 😀
Have lost over 20 lbs in 4 weeks!! I am excited to be trying new recipes for my evening meals and enjoy the foods provided as well! Not too difficult to eat out which I have now done a couple of times!! This is the perfect food plan for me - love the balance of provided food (so I don't have to think about food all the time) AND freedom to cook/eat with my family!!!
Just started the program. All items delivered on time. Today is the first day . Excited to be a participant.
