I felt super comfortable and listened to. I have had a lot of frustrating experiences with doctors and diet places and I am finally hopeful that with the help of the SOTA people I can accomplish my goals and take control of myself again. They totally listened to me and understood my concerns!

I have lost more than 20 lbs. in 6 weeks...slower than lots of people but, I am excited about how I can fit into clothes I haven’t worn in 10 years...I started this after knee replacement and I can tell the difference, I believe in this system...but you have to follow the plan...

I’m 65 years old and have been on the program for 20 weeks with great success! This includes dropping over 60 lbs, going from an XXL to a Large in most clothes and losing 6 inches in my waist! A recent doctor visit for cholesterol bloodwork resulted in dramatic improvement across the board. The staff at the Frisco location is outstanding, they have been extremely friendly, knowledgeable and encouraging these past five months!
The team is always supportive and have great suggestions to keep on plan.
