A very friendly and informative staff...made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions quickly and clearly. Week one I was down 13 pounds....never felt hungry once and I was able to sample all of their products to decide which worked best for me. I have a crazy schedule and this program works beautifully within it.
Consultants are so helpful and encouraging every step of the way m. They make a tremendous difference in the success of weight loss.
I have been doing SOTA for 10 weeks now and am down 40+ pounds!!! I feel incredible and am getting compliments left and right. As long as you have the drive and self-discipline, the weight will fall off in no time. The team at the Frisco location is amazing and Caitlyn, my Dietitian, is awesome to work with. I've learned so much from her in regards to healthy eating and look forward to hitting my goal weight at the end of the year and being part of the maintenance program! SOTA Rocks!!!
