A lot of thought went into doing this. I had met with Adrianna earlier in the year and appreciated her straight forward approach. I chose not to do the program due to schedule. I went back on October 22nd and signed up, with Adrianna. I appreciate her straight talk and not trying to over talk the program. She did a great job going over everything and answering my questions. keep her.

I have had the best experience with Sota. The staff have been incredible and extremely supportive. I have not reached my goal in the time I paid for but look forward to continuing the program as long as I can. The food products were really good and satisfying.
