This system works! Had been very frustrated with (thinking I was) eating right and working out, and nothing changing. 20 lbs over my normal weight. Tried to blame my age. Tried to blame my thyroid. Tried to blame anything I could. Thankfully, I caved and went to SOTA. Staff very professional and fun! Food is great and very easy to comply. Lost my 20 lbs in the exact time they had planned and feel great. Now starting maintenance. Thank you SOTA!

Five weeks clicked and I am feeling better already. Blood glucose has begun to level down and I have shead 24 pounds. Best I have ever done on ANY program and the weekly consult are helping me stay on track. I'm a long way from my goal, but I'm in control and feeling better!

Everyone there is so friendly and the Sota food is good and keeps me full and energizes me to keep moving.
Everyone was extremely nice. It's just a shame that you have to be extremely wealthy to be able to lose weight with coaching nowadays. 5 grand is way too much money for 2 people to try and get healthy.
It has been an all around excellent experience. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The weight falls off when I stick to the diet and exercise
