Lost 50 pounds so far. All of the ladies I worked were great and helped me on my journey. The person who was lead consultant, Adriana, was awesome. She was so positive with me and I always left the office feeling good about what I had accomplished for the week. Even if it wasn’t what I had hoped for. Sota has been a great experience, and I look and feel so much better.

I haven’t been making as much progress lately so I’m frustrated and disappointed. The dieticians and counselors have been very helpful and encouraging.
The program is so easy to follow and the staff at the Frisco location could not be more supportive. I highly recommend the program to anyone who is serious about making a life long change!
They really care about your wellbeing and wanting you to get the weight off and get healthy. I started my program today. I am very motivated to do this. I am excited to be doing this.
