very professional and solid program.
Lost 50 pounds so far. All of the ladies I worked were great and helped me on my journey. The person who was lead consultant, Adriana, was awesome. She was so positive with me and I always left the office feeling good about what I had accomplished for the week. Even if it wasn’t what I had hoped for. Sota has been a great experience, and I look and feel so much better.
