OMG! So amazing! The staff was friendly and nice! I felt comfortable immediately. Whatever anxiety - and honestly self shame - I was feeling in my car before I walked in, went away the moment I was greeted with such positive energy from the staff. The vibe was cool as well - with nice decor and cool, upbeat tunes playing. It just felt right. Which was a huge relief!

The SOTA team motivates w/out pressure. Just genuine care for me as a person in search of life change. 18lbs in under 3wks, I’m sold! Dr. Doyle and the ladies in the office are rockstars.

This program definitely helps you lose weight. I'm anxious to see how long it takes me to reach my goal and how well I do on maintenance. Because of the program I'm finally on track to achieve the weight loss goal that has been so elusive. The eating plan is easy to follow. I'm not hungry. I feel great.
