Dawn was great. Good easy to follow weight loss program.Â
Sota associates were very friendly, despite a short power failure at location. Program provides weekly support that keeps client motivated& helps ensure client has discipline to succeed.Â

Easy process to sign up. Friendly staff. The nice thing is they don’t pressure you and most of the people there have been on Sota or at least have demoed it themselves.Â
I have just recently started the program and so far so good. The food is delicious and I’m staying full. I would highly recommend this program.Â
I love the support the team gives me and the fact. I don’t have to worry about only eating 1 meal a day or an IF diet. 5lbs down week 1. Looking forward to greater results. One meal one day at a time.Â
