It’s really simple. Follow the plan as they direct you, don’t cheat and the weight will come off. 50+ pounds in 4 months, no hunger or headaches. Just discipline. Now I have a maintenance blueprint that will work for me going forward.
A pretty thorough job the first 4 weeks (although would have preferred one personal rep rather than whoever was there). The maintenance plan is a little less vague.
