I went into this determined. It was slow and not easy. But with encouragement and resolve, I met my initial goal. I intend to work off some more pounds a little at a time. It changed my brain about food. I will never go back to my previous eating habits. I also go to the gym at least 5 days a week; weights and one mile on elliptical. Fighting the disease of aging is a bitch.
I’m very excited to start maybe next month. Just need to figure out the finances. Marissa was great and very informative. Very positive experience. Thumbs up.
The Sota program was very affective. The low carb-high protein eating plan worked to help me lose weight quickly without being hungry. It was very important to follow the plan exactly. After two years,I still maintain my ideal weight, with the help of an app. On my phone to record what I eat.

This has been an awesome experience. The support and inspiration has been overwhelming. The nutritionists have a genuine interest in your success and are willing to assist you along the way. I am now on maintenance after losing 44 pounds and feel great. I could not ask for a better program than SOTA that provides knowledge, inspiration and life skills that can last a lifetime.
