What a life changing experience!! The support is unbelievably strong and knowledgeable. I cannot believe how much I've learned and that I have stayed within 5 lbs. of my goal for about a year or so. Is it easy?, not so much in the beginning but then one day you wake up and think, I've got this. What an incredible experience. Don't think about it, just do it!!
The program did not work for me. I thought for the price that the food, would be real food. Kinda like hungryroot for the price. I just do not like freeze dried food. The support people are great, they really try.
