SOTA has helped me realize my health-related goals of reducing body fat, increasing muscle mass, and reducing my overall weight back into a healthy range for my age and height. I had stagnated in my weight loss journey until SOTA. Their support, menu, weekly phone calls with my nutrition team, and the wonderful meditations and devotionals were keys to my success! I was able to invest in my health and now have a team behind me to make sure I stay on track. I am so glad I found SOTA!

SOTA Weight Loss Frisco has the most amazing group of dietitians. I did the at home weight loss program which included talking by phone to one of them on a weekly basis (and more often if I needed to). Without their suggestions, encouragement, and support, losing weight would have been more difficult if not impossible. Now that I have lost almost 75 pounds and reached my goal weight, they are encouraging and supporting me through maintenance. Thank you SOTA Frisco!

Started at 228 and reached 212 in second week. As long as I make good decisions about what I eat the weight is falling off! I have had a few ups and downs due to the holidays etc but Marissa and the entire SOTA team have been very helpful….great communication!
