SOTA is amazing! I met my weight loss goal with their help and they still text months later to see how I'm doing and give me good info to get back on track after the holidays.
It has been a wonderful experience and so easy to lose the weight! All three nutritionists were excellent abs so helpful. I could call or text them at pretty much any time to ask questions.
The lady who called me was great but I'm afraid the cost and lack of flexibility to make payments forced me to choose other options.

I was fat. After getting married 8 years ago I gained around 40 pounds. Not cool. The past couple of years we started having children, and I was tired of how I looked. I was able to loose 25 lbs and have been able to keep off the weight thus far. I will keep learning what to eat and how to eat well and better than I have in the past.
Staff was always available when I needed them. Having accountability with them was key to my success. They were always encouraging no matter how the week had gone. Highly recommend the program.
