It has been a wonderful experience and so easy to lose the weight! All three nutritionists were excellent abs so helpful. I could call or text them at pretty much any time to ask questions.

I was fat. After getting married 8 years ago I gained around 40 pounds. Not cool. The past couple of years we started having children, and I was tired of how I looked. I wanted to be healthy for my kids. 10 weeks before Christmas I started the program. I stuck to the diet plan and shed the weight. The nutritionists are amazing! All of the coaches/nutritionists are fantastic! Very patient and responsive to questions outside of the weekly check in call. I am very happy with the results as nothing has worked for me in the past. Highly recommend!
