The staff at SOTA Frisco is incredible! They always greet you by name when you walk in and are so full of encouragement and positive energy it really helps you stay motivated. Just five weeks into my four-month plan I’ve already lost 30 pounds. Every week the diet gets easier. My only regret is not doing this sooner.

I had backslide around Christmas and the team at Frisco gave me valuable advice n getting back on track. Even backsliding I am 60 pounds down from my heaviest.

The staff is welcoming and professional. I was nervous walking in and they totally put me at ease! I'm at the beginning of my weight loss journey but it has been easier to follow than I feared. This program makes sense and I understand what I need to do thanks to the wonderful staff!
