My experience has been nothing but positive. I am greeted warmly as soon as I walk in the door and treated as a cherished friend throughout my visit. I am encouraged and counseled to become the best version of me. I am almost at my goal and look forward to maintenance and weight stabilization. I will miss my weekly visits with my SOTA friends!
Excellent food to eat and always fast service. This program is amazing. The help you get to understand the program and foods is top notice.
Starting third week. By day three I was sleeping noticeably better. Feel better. Less aches and pains. Sinuses better. Energy better. Perhaps biggest surprise is how little I’ve missed sugar. Taking control of my diet has been a taste of freedom. Excited to see the results after twelve weeks.
The staff is great and always there to help and answer any questions you may have. The program has made a major change in my life, to start out I feel better than I have in years.
Absolutely love SOTA. Program is easy to follow. Food is surprisingly very very good. And best is the support/coaching. Adrianna is always there via text or voice to answer my questions. Results after one week. Lost 6 pounds. More to come.
So far everything has gone as planned. I got my starter pack today and have a start up call tomorrow.
