Everything is going fine, the ladies are nice, but I have had trouble contacting my coach on off times to ask questions.
The first week was a bit hard, but everyone kept me going. No judging when I went camping and gained weight back. Positive words of encouragement from the coaches, it came off and more. Traveling seems to be my down fall, but with everyone's help. I know I can bet that too.
I have been so impressed at how easy SOTA has made it to let go of my weight. I will admit I was skeptical and I now believe 100% anyone can do this and sticking to the program is simple. The support is phenomenal! They will help you come up with solutions to help you stay on track when life presents challenges! I am down 15 pounds with 3 weeks to go to get to my goal of 20 pounds!!! My tight jeans are loose🤣
It is a great system. I have lost 12 lbs in a month and I have 3 more ro go to reach my goal. Usually this last lbs are almost impossible for me to lose, but with SOTA I think I will reach my goal.
So far so good. Not easy but plenty of support to help you get to your goal. Decent food and plenty to pick from.
Excited to start my weight loss journey.
