The SOTA team has become family for me. I am in maintenance and their support during weight loss has continued on during my maintenance. I am thrilled because I have always struggled to maintain my weight loss. The Frisco team, especially Jen and Erica are phenomenal! You won't be disappointed.

This program has exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff at the Frisco location is incredible. They’re always so friendly and supportive I look forward to going in for my weekly weigh-ins. I’ve lost 62 pounds towards my goal of dropping 70 in a 3 1/2 months time. I look and feel so much better. I highly recommend SOTA. If you stick to the program it will work.
