Adrianna is awesome she made the process so easy I had to change my schedule every week and she had no problems doing that and she was very happy to help, I have an AC business so my schedule is very fluid and changing all the time and not one time did they complain at SOTA about me changing my scheduled times, The first few days until my body got adjusted was a little cumbersome but after that it was second nature I lost weight quick plenty of energy I am so happy I paid money to do this, well worth it and then some. The staff is very friendly, supportive, and informative . The food choices taste good 90% of the time. I’ve lost almost 30# in 5 weeks and feel like I might have some control over my weight going forward for the first time in my life! Thank you!

I decided to not start the SOTA program until after the Christmas Holidays because of extensive travel scheduled in November and December. I will contact SOTA after the new year. Thank you. Please cancel my follow up call scheduled for Tuesday.
