Great experience
Everyone was so friendly and made me feel at ease. Cassia was very encouraging and Jen explained everything about the program. I feel like I have a team to help me get to my goal and I am excited to begin the program!
I felt welcome and everyone was so kind. I'm excited to get started on the program.
I originally thought I would dread the weekly check-ins but found myself looking forward to them. I called a few times with questions during the week but overall, I got the hang of the program and found it easy to stick to it. I wish there was more training about eating on your own but maybe that comes in the maintenance portion of the program; which is next!
I love going to SOTA! The food is fantastic, the associates are so very helpful & the weight-loss program is extremely easy & sustainable! It’s the best thing I have done❣️
We went to the Frisco location and all the girls in the office were amazing! They knew our names & greeted us like we were friends! I really enjoyed getting to know them over the 6 months I was on my program. My first week on maintenance I told my fiancé (who also did the program with me) “I’m going to call just to say hi because I miss them” Jen was our coach & she was there every step of the way! I can’t praise her & the team at the Frisco office enough!
Very detailed, everyone in the office genuinely seemed to care and you can tell they all want you to succeed. I loved them and am excited to start my journey with them.
