The program was easy to follow, the consultants were professional, knowledgeable and encouraging. I was able to lose the stubborn weight that has plagued me for years and I feel GREAT!
I was nervous about spending so much money but I would do it again! The food was good. The girls had a great balance of encouragement and not letting me give them excuses.
I’ve been on the Sota diet since mid may. I’ve lost 74 pounds!! The customized diet they put me on is very effective. I’m not hungry anymore and have lots of energy. The frisco location is amazing. All the ladies have helped me get to this point. I’m very grateful.
Very supportive
The program is so easy! I’m following the plan, doing 30-45 minutes of cardio (just low impact aerobics for me), and watching the weight come off. I’m loving all the clothes in my closet I am rediscovering!!!!
What a ride with SOTA! From day 1 I was encouraged! I started with a goal to loose 40 pounds.... 30 of my goal was too much. Each week I came in, weighed, and met with counselor. SOTA counselors directed me along the way. Even if I lost only one pound.. or didn’t loose any, I was told what I DID right and how to make the next week better. Staff very friendly, supportive and knowledable
It’s measured out no guessing. Finishing week 2 seeing results . Getting familiar with all the products and use them. I’m very encouraged . Any questions are answered honestly . Use the products recommended dressing beverages seasonings etc . I’m looking forward to the Holidays this year lighter by 70 lbs.
