The ladies at the Frisco, Texas location are very knowledgeable about nutrition and how it affects weight loss. They have been so welcoming and friendly each week I go in for my weigh in. I have called in with questions and have always gotten a quick and friendly response. So far, by following the diet, I have lost 15 pounds in my first month. Great plan so far!

Having an amazing experience. My team has been fantastic and the results have been amazing. In just nine weeks we have lost over 30 pounds! Everything was wonderful. From the first greeting at the door to the thorough explanation of the program, we felt completely informed and assured that the weight plan would work for us. We are in our fourth day of the program and so far so good.
