This company is incredible! They are so supportive with all of us. I am over 60, and I lost almost 50 lbs. my overall health, and confidence is through the roof. Being retired I am able to go camping, hiking, swimming, and anything I want. Loosing the weight has made me a better life. A big thank you to my support group.

I have not joined yet but am seriously considering the SOTA plan. Trying to figure out how to pay since my husband and I are wanting to both join. That’s a lot of $$. From what I have read though, it sounds like the best plan out there.

I've been on the program for four weeks and the experience has been incredible. In just four weeks we have lost over 22 pounds! Everyone at SOTA has been super fantastic and the results have been amazing. Going to SOTA is the best decision I've ever made, and my journey is far from over.
i’ve been on Sota for 8 weeks and have lost 30 lbs. but the most exciting part Is the change in my insulin use.. i was injecting 111 units daily and i’ve just taken my last injection this week. my sugar this morning was 134. last evening before bed my sugar was 134. i’m now convinced that to control my glucose levels I must change my eating habits. i’m very grateful for my results.!, jim
It's so awesome going in to see my new family who supports and encourages me along this new path in my life. We celebrate the losses and get ideas for the plateaus. The Garland location has wonderful staff who care about my health. I am so happy I made the decision to lose weight on the SOTA plan.
