I just turned 51 and I am down 50lbs!!! Haven’t felt this good in 20 years. Full of energy and blood work is perfect. I highly recommend this program to anyone wanting to take back control of their health and youthfulness. The Sota team at firewheel is a blessing and keep me accountable, they let me know what I’m doing wrong as well as keep me motivated to reach my goal.

Always supportive and encouraging even when your not perfect
Currently on week 5 and I feel great. I have a 6,4 and 1 year old and was struggling losing weight. It’s amazing how good I feel, how much more energy I have, and the weight is coming off easy. The food is good and the recipes they’ve given me have all been amazing. My husband even loves them too. It’s changed our lifestyle, and my happiness!
