I wish I could give more than 5 stars. The program changed my life. I lost 70 lbs in 5 months and reached a goal I didn’t believe was possible when I had my first appointment. The ladies were all so supportive and did a great job of coaching, motivating, and encouraging me. I no longer need my cpap and am able to be active with my kids. Thank you so much. For anyone debating doing the program.. stop thinking and change your life for the better!
Simply as I can put it... this program works! I’m 8 week going on 9 and I’m down 38 pounds! The ladies at the Garland location are always welcoming and coaching at my weekly weigh in. I’ve picked up some great products that were right on the shelf at the local grocery store that I will be using for life. This program isn’t hard, and I’ve tried multiple things. If you’re on the fence about starting like I was... get off of it and get started!

Day 1 is done. So far so good. About the time I get hungry it’s time for a snack. I feel like I am eating all of the time. Also, I have liked all of the foods that I have tried. Amazing!
