I’m extremely excited to start the program. Today is day 1 for me and food taste great and has been easy to follow. The ladies at the Garland location are absolutely wonderful and surly gave the extra encouragement I will do this. 24 weeks and counting!

This has been an amazing journey so far losing over 50 lbs with less than 20 to go. I cannot express my appreciation enough to the ladies who serve as my coaches, my cheerleaders and my motivators to help me through. I would not have believed it would have worked as well as it has.

I’m so proud to have been a part of the program. I loss a total of 80 lbs and since I’ve been on maintenance I gained 11lbs due six weeks of traveling with a bad eating schedule. The staff very comely said we can help me get back on task in a few weeks.

I feel the program is great, the food, support, accountability. However, I will not be able to join because of the cost. It's disheartening that every time you want to do something to better yourself, your health especially is so costly. If I could, I'd be signing up right away! Thank you for making me feel so welcome! Thank you Jerusalem.
