I started my journey on Friday. They gave me the road map to use to be successful. It is all up to me now to make it happen. So far it is Monday and I am so happy that I am already down 5 lbs. Thank you Victoria and Grace Ann
Very comfortable reprogramming of my diet. The best is the support from the entire SOTA team. A great group of educated professionals dedicated to bending the knowledge curve of food consumption in your dietary favor. Less is better. Amazing!! Physically more comfortable than I have been in years!

I heard about Sota State of the Art Weight Loss Management on WBAP 820 AM Radio. I decided to enroll at the Garland, Firewheel Shopping Center Location in December 2018. My blood pressure was high, at times 170-180 / 90-110, blood sugar readings near 200, pants size 46, weight over 245 on a 5'11 frame.
