Got allot of info I didn’t know
Well i just started today but the place was nice and they were friendly.
Welcomed warmly; loved the consultant, but after discussion with my spouse, We decided it does not fit our budget for now. Also, meal selections are not appetizing for my tastes. Sorry it isn’t going to work out for me! Thanks.

I am so very happy with the program and the counselors. I was beginning to notice problems in my knees and with my balance, all of which have disappeared along with the weight! Feel great and so energized!
My experience with SOTA has been absolutely wonderful. The constant support, encouragement and enthusiasm from all that I have interacted with has constantly fueled me with the knowledge that I’m not on this weight loss journey alone.
