Patience and Diligence Sheek was excellent. He understood that I did my research and knew what I wanted. We got all the paperwork done before I realized that I actually bought the wrong car. Though we all just spent several minutes of our lives for not, no one was upset or rude. He just asked, what car do you want. I told him and he hard the car for me 2 days later. What a good guy!!
negotiations It was very hard to negotiate due to limited Genesis Dealerships. If more dealerships, like in prior purchases/leases... I would of received a better monthly cost.
