Superb Customer Service When I go in for service, I usually spend the wait time by meandering the local shops. This past weekend, I had a hectic schedule and was worried about keeping to my time schedule. Between Rodger and Ruben, I was in and out in record time! I am so grateful for all of the hard work the service department does. The excellent customer service is what keeps me coming back .

Service Customer service was excellent. I was given a rental car - was given a ride to Hertz to pick up the vehicle and brought the car back directly to Hyundai and they actually returned the car for me which was very convenient. Service was completed within the time estimated. Reason why I gave 4 stars and not 5 is bc of the price that I paid which was much higher than I expected and was not competitive.
Glad we went to South Bay Hyundai for my Santa Fe! We had a great experience with Sheikh! He was knowledgeable and not at all pushy like some people can be. He helped us get the best deal on a beautiful car! We were vacillating between the BMW X5 and the Santa Fe. After working with Sheikh, we were so happy that we went with the Hyundai Santa Fe! Excellent Service I've had my 2018 Elantra for 1 year the only things my car has been in for are oil changes, normal cabin filter change and 12,000 mile checkup. I found the Service people to be extremely fair, honest and competitively priced.
change oil like always I was very happy with the service, very friendly , nice job and I left happy. when I arrived Jack was not behind his desk Kalvin helped me , but Jack finished the service, like I said I left there happy.
