Excellent service with every visit I've been coming here since 2015 and with every visit the service has been excellent. The last few years Donnie Ellis has been my service advisor. He's the person that makes every visit that much better.
Factory Recall Factory recall and I was treated very well and the service was done on time. The service person that I had was Jack Kim and was very polite and showed me where to have a hot drink and T.V. Nice experience.

Great Friendly sales staff My daughter bought her car 2 days before and told me how friendly and helpful Andrew and Antonio the sales staff were to help them find a car. Being I needed a car told me to check out So. Bay Hyundai so I did. Yes, not knowing what I wanted a car or SUV I was able to look over their car lot and not feel rushed, they answered all my questions. The finance person I did all the paper work at the end was easy to work with too.
Jack, is person that assist most of the time, & he's wonderf I'm only doing the survey, because Jack needs to be recognized for consistency in excellent service ... everytime. Work is always done in a timely manner, however, I enjoyed the shuttle more than Lydt.

Great Service They provided me a lyft back to my work and they were quick and thorough. They even put my license plate on which they didn't have to do. Hyundai service is second to none!
