Great Service We called ahead and spoke about what car and color we wanted to MJ, who said he would pull it out for us. Sure enough, when we arrived the car we wanted was right out front. When we entered, Jermaine greeted us kindly and took us for a test drive. The negotiation process was straightforward and Jermaine made it a positive experience for us. Overall, I would highly recommend Jermaine and South Bay Hyundai.
Good, but Slipping Made an appointment for minor service/oil change. In the past, I also received a free car wash...that did not happen. And, there was no reminder sticker placed on my windshield for my next oil service. I have always relied on this sticker. But, the most frustrating thing was additional service was recommended when I paid for this service. Awesome My experience was great from Ruben handling my initial call to Jake or Jack (can't remember his name) providing me with a shuttle during my wait which was unexpected. Everything was explained thoroughly unlike other car dealers that i have experienced in the past. The ability to call on a Friday and get an appointment the following Monday is pretty impressive as well. Will be servicing my vehicle at this location for all my cars needs/isssues/repairs

Best Hyundai dealership South Bay Hyundai is the only Hyundai dealership I trust. Staff is knowledgeable and honest. Donnie is my service advisor and he's the best! I will continue to make the commute from Long Beach to have my car serviced and for my next purple lease.
