Auto detail Auto detail was very good. Unfortunately the next few days after it rained. Also my drivers side door haNile was sticking and Jack put it on the list to look at. He followed up and told me that it was a defective handle and that they had the part in stock. They fixed the door and it worked great.
Fantastic customer service!! Every time I take my car in for service at the Hawthorne location I always get great service. I wanted thank Donnie for excellent service everytime I take my car there. Efficient Service Visit Called and made appointment for warranty issue. By the time I arrived, Jack Kim had identified that the software needed to be updated for the malfunctioning idle stop go (ISG) system. Service was performed within the quoted time frame. Jack Kim was very professional and courteous.

LEGIT!!!!!! I've shopped around dealerships only to be quoted ridiculous amount. I've decided to come here and this place has given me a great price and reasonable negotiations to work with my budget. Not only that, I've made few last minute changes such as getting rid of extended warranty and instead, tried to upgrade it to higher model and they approved of it and worked with it despite going through paperwork day before with the previous car I had intended to buy.
