My experience was good, however... I waited at the dealership while my vehicle had the oil changed and new wiper blades put on, but the whole process took almost 4hr, which was 2.5 hours longer than I was told it would take. I have always had great service at the South Bay Hyundai service center, but 4 hours seems like an extremely long time for the amount of service performed.

Tucson Purchase Sheikh provided us with all relevant information about a particular Tucson we were looking at. He spent a lot of time with us. He gave us literature and his card if we had additional questions as we were leaving. We decided to purchase the car we looked at. Sheik guided us through the process, provided docs, assisted with some of the tech setups and ensured we were ready and comfortable to leave the lot with our new car. On ratings below I am unable to click stars. Ratings would all be 5 stars.

I've been servicing my Hyundai Genesis at SB Hyundai for... I've been servicing my Hyundai Genesis at SB Hyundai for a few years and the service staff always seemed helpful the the prices fair. I decided a few days ago to test-drive the Hyundai Kona and I love it. The whole car buying process was relatively smooth even with a trade-in involved.
