A cash price was agreed up, I signed paperwork and an appointment was made to go in an purchase the vehicle. I told them, on a Thursday that I was working out of town and on Friday signed and sent back paperwork. I advised them, on Friday after a deal was reached, that my flight home landed early and I would be at the dealership when they opened. Please don't ever bring your car😡😡😡, I spent $1600 approx with this company this week. This included $550.00 for tires. when I brought my car in for the service my tires weren't ordered. So I had to come back another day. Delaying my trip, for them to install. Finally got them installed and when I drove out of town the tire started to lose air. I would honestly give their service department a 0 if I could! I’m honestly going to file a complaint with the better business bureau! I dropped off my call this morning and was told I’d be able to pick it up today. 4 o’clock came around and I still hadn’t heard anything. I left 2 separate messages for Donnie (apparently no one else could help me because they didn’t do my intake) and he never called me back.
