Great service Jack is very experience Tech service person and polite. He checked my car preivious history knew exactly what my car needed for service- do collant. I am the type perosn like to ask service person check this , check that, do this , do that... Jack had been very polite taking all my requets and gave explaination after done the car. Very good service Jack was very friendly and accommodating, and quick service. Wish the shuttle was both ways but all in all great experience. Came in for a oil change and tire rotation.
Always A Pleasant Experience I have purchased a few cars from the dealership and one of the reasons I keep coming back is the excellent service. When I bring my car in for service Donnie Ellis always goes over and above to ensure that my car is serviced and I am back on the road. I am always offered a ride or a rental when they need my car for the day. When I have gone to pick it up late Donnie has waited for me even though I am sure it was time for him to go home. Fantastic job!
Very Great Service Enrique Almazan was literally amazing! He took great care of me and my car and was so kind and very helpful. He made my visit such an amazing experience! I would recommend him to everyone! He made sure that everything got done in a timely manner and I got back to school just in time. He even ordered a Lyft to take me to and from my house while I waited for my car to get serviced. I left there happy and definitely not irritated.

Fast Friendly Service My service advisor was Jack Kim and he was extremely friendly and helpful. I got an oil change and it only took an hour. I will be coming back in the future for service.
