My poor Nanny was told to drop off her car today so that it could be looked at tomorrow. They also told her over the phone that they were out of loaner vehicles but that they would call Enterprise for her. She showed up today and they claimed she never called and that no one there spoke to her. They would not look at her car today or tomorrow. All parties were very rude and argumentative.
