Warning... the 20 Year old looking receptionist is the one administrating the Botox 👎🏼 She tried to tell me I needed to purchase practically another 20 units! With No numbing cream either. I’ve had Botox one other time and 20 units was sufficient for my desired problem areas with numbing cream and A++ treatment & results. Will not be returning. I would rather pay $30 more for O U Beauty.
when I arrived they gave me the strong sell to add more services. When I declined, they had me wait back out in the lobby, and took clients who had arrived after me. Didn't really leave a great impression.
Went yesterday made me wait 30 min then I had the hard sell like over board then i had to wait another hour and twenty minutes. I really think she did it wrong but I HAVE TO WAIT TO FIND OUT.
Very disappointed I attended a consultation the front desk lady redem my groupon then said I wasnt a good candidate for laser treatment.
It didn't seem to work very well.
Forces other services to utilize groupon
Very hard to get an appointment and very inflexable with service redemtion.
They scanned my voucher, but no say, I have my first appointment until May. So, I cannot say much about this center.
Photofacial machine is very old...reminds me of 'Back to Future." Hardly any noticeable skin results. Could be why they can offer such a good deal. I found the very young staff to be somewhat unprofessional.
