Building was not in the best area, service was marginal.

Understaffed, long wait time to get questions answered. Small working space where confidentiality is impossible. You're asked questions about the type of treatments you are receiving in front of others.
They were very unprofessional. One employee was complaining about a client in front of me, and another employee was complaining about Americans in front of me.
I have not yet had the treatment. The initial appointment was on Feb. 24 at 11 AM which was changed to 4 PM and I was told to come early to fill out the paperwork. When I arrived, I was told that this was a consultation only and that the treatment had to be scheduled separately. No one told me that when I made the initial appointment. The "consultation" only consisted of scheduling the appointment for the treatment itself. The earliest available time was March 28!!!! So I have to wait one month!
If you work Monday thru Friday I would recommend you to NOT come here. They will not have appointments available for you. I am free on some Friday. Believe it or not, they don't have any available appointments for the whole month. I was thinking about booking an appointment after work, but the they said they fully book for another 2 months. I've already paid for my 6 times laser hair removal, but how am I suppose to start the treatment? This is ridiculous. You should not offer a Groupon if you are unable to deal with the volume of people you will get.

Staff was pleasant, facility was nice and clean. Person who injected the botox seemed knowledgeable. However, once you arrive you face a pressure sale situation of how much more you will need...and the numbers they say are way way way higher than any off the other places I've been to. If I would have purchased their recommended amount, I would have ended up paying more than I ever have in the past, even with the groupon savings. I will not be returning to their facility.
