I was not pleased with how the nurse applied the botox. I've done botox many times and this time I was very sore in the spots and had a bump. Maybe she was rough? I don't know. I also don't think it hurts at all an this time it did. The place is nice and clean and staff was pleasant.

Lack of customer service not enough time given to answer questions about the procedure.

Not worth the money. Treatment only lasted about 20 min if that, machine didn't feel too strong (as far as vacuuming) and the mask right after was left on for 8 min. She didn't instruct what she was using or applying - I remember laying there and out of no where feel a hot towel on my face (scared the cr*p out of me). Overall, my skin pretty much looks the same as when I walked in.

After 2 weeks, I found The Botox effect is not as effective as the other place I've used.

My first and last time here. Nurse did not do a good job. I even paid an extra $100 aside from my groupon to make sure it was done correctly after she mention that 20 units was not enough for my forehead and between the eyes. After she finished, I asked the nurse, "you're already finished?" took a 2 weeks to freeze "satisfactorily" and 2 months to require more botox. this is my 7th time ever getting botox and this experience is was my first negative experience.

They need to train the technicians on how to do the correct FULL Brazilian , consist of removing all from front to back and I mean front to back , they leave out the back all the time.
