Found my problem. There was a rattling noise I thought was coming from behind the dashboard. It turned out to be my sunglasses in the sunglass case. GOOD JOB.
Hassim was very likeable, personable, and knowledgeable. He got the car back to me exactly at the time promised which is VERY important to me as I am usually on a tight schedule. I will be asking for him for future visits..
