Check in easy. Service completed quickly and professionally. My service agent was excellent explaining service results. Price is too high for some service items and I am going to a new independent service shop to get some other service done.

My first experience at SC Lexus, Maria Caudillo at the Lexus service department. From start to finish, everything was quick, efficient, and well-communicated. Maria made sure I was informed every step of the way, and the entire process felt smooth and stress-free. I was especially impressed, the car was returned clean and looked immaculate! Service was completed right on time and delivered to my Home. MARIA is the BEST! Audi Mission Viejo next is WORST service ever. Gary is a POS of a manager!!!
